Pearl Powder

About 40% of all the nucleated mollusks will yield usable cultured pearls. Out of so many thousands of cultured pearls, a small percentage of the gems are of jewelry quality and out of so many of these, only a few are of the AA class, making flawless and high sheen pearls rare.

Many unusable pearls are ground to a powder. The pearl powder is then used in other products. In India, many people ingest pearl power for health reasons. In today’s markets, pearl powder is an ingredient of women’s facial care products, also toothpaste. Many remedies for strengthening bones require pearl powder.

This pearl powder is used in many of our products such as soaps, facial creams, bath gels, bath salts, and lotions. All of these “Aloha Pearls” products have pearl powder as a main ingredient. Pearl power is known for rejuvenating skin cells. You can purchase any of these products on line. One of our products that is worth mentioning here is “Aloha Pearls Pearl Cream” that has rejuvenating pearl powder for renewing skin cells and natural facial cream that moistens the skin. The creams are scented with island fruits and flowers like passion fruit and plumeria.

As you can see, there are many uses for pearls, not only are pearls beautiful jewels, but also medicine and therapeutic.
