Genuine, Elegant Pearl Pendants

One of the great aspects of pearls is that they are so versatile. Each pearl is different according to its shape, size, color and luster, therefore can be constructed into something beautiful each time. Freshwater pearls are unique because large amounts can be produced at one tome. Freshwater oysters yield up to twenty-five pearls per harvest, compare to Tahitian or South Sea Pearls that grow only one per oyster. Freshwater pearls are usually colors like pink, gray, white and lavender.

Tahitian pearls vary immensely in color, ranging in tones from black, to blue, to purple, green, turquoise, and even rose tones. South Sea pearls are the most rare of all pearls because of the colors they come in, a golden yellow color, creamy white, or silver color. Tahitian and South Sea tend to be higher in price because they start growing in the oyster at 8mm.

Due to the fact that there are so many different types of pearls, the possibilities with design are endless. Pearl pendants can be made with so many different materials that the sky is he limit. Anything you can dream up, can become your pendant. At Aloha Pearls, we offer a wide selection of pearl pendants. These are gold, white gold, and silver, with every type of pearl imaginable.
